Is it safe to invest on the ROI platform?
Aion is a member of the Belgian Guarantee Fund.
The Guarantee Fund covers all savings and savings certificates in accounts up to EUR 100,000 (regardless of currency) per depositor;
and the guarantee fund covers financial instruments up to a maximum of EUR 20,000 (regardless of the currency of the financial instruments).

Where are my funds stored?
The transferred money is in a bank account held by Aion Bank, the Brussels branch of Barclays Bank Ireland PLC, and the investments are held by SAXO Bank S/A.

What is my personal information used for?

What happens when I want to stop investing?
When you want to stop investing, we’ll first sell all your holdings and then delete your investment account. We’ll then transfer the money back to your personal account (the so-called “contra account”). However, it’s good to keep in mind that realizing your portfolio earlier than planned may increase risk and result in losses.
Why does the app need a PIN?
The PIN code identifies you as the user of the ROI app so that no one else can access your account.
In accordance with good security practices, we recommend that you change your PIN at regular intervals.

How do I verify my phone number?
When registering, you must confirm your phone number. After entering your phone number, press “Send Message”. We will then send a text message to your number containing the code. The code is used to verify your phone number. Enter the code in the field provided and press “Confirm”.
If you did not receive a confirmation message, press “Send New Message” at the bottom of the screen. If you still do not receive the message, please contact our support at [email protected]
Please note that sometimes it may take several minutes for the text message to arrive.
How do I verify my email address?
Upon registration, you may be asked to confirm your email address. After entering your email address, press “Send Confirmation Message”. We’ll then send you an email with a link. Tap the link to confirm your email address. Return to the application to complete the confirmation process. If you did not receive a confirmation email, press “Send New Confirmation Message”. If you still do not receive the email, please contact our support at [email protected]
