Investment account management

To change your nickname, tap the icon in the top right corner of the app’s home screen → Nickname → Enter your nickname.

To update the password, do the following: tap the icon in the top right corner of the app’s home screen → User Account Control → Change Password → Enter Old Password → Enter New Password → Retype New Password. Now the password has been changed successfully.

To restore your account, tap the icon in the top right corner of the app’s home screen →  More Information → Help with Restoring Your Investment Account. Then follow the on-screen instructions.

If your email address has changed and you want to update it, do the following: tap the icon in the top right corner of the app’s home screen → User Account Management → Change Email. If you don’t see the option at all, you’ve created your user account using Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google.

To change your phone number of your user account, do the following: tap the icon in the top right corner of the app’s home screen → User Account Management → Personal Information → Phone Number.

The app’s notifications are automatically turned on on Android phones. On iOS devices, the app will ask permission to send notifications at regular intervals.

If you want to turn off notifications, do the following: tap the icon in the top right corner of the app’s home screen → Notifications. You can define which notifications the application sends you. If you want, you can for example choose to only receive notifications when new content is published. If you don’t want the app to send any notifications at all, deselect all options.

To log out of the application, tap the icon in the top right corner of the app’s home screen → Select “Log out” at the bottom of the screen.

You can delete your account from ROI at any time. Upon deletion, we will transfer all the funds in your investment account back to your own bank account.

To delete an account, tap the icon in the top right corner of the app’s home screen → User Account Management → Delete Account.

Please note that a deleted account can no longer be restored.

To see a list of all the transactions that have occurred on your investment account, tap the icon in the top right corner of the app’s home screen → Transactions.
